If you have a preferred roommate/s then choose a unit with rooms A, B, or C available. Example, Unit 1-101 is a 2br 2ba unit, 1 student will apply to 1-101-A and the other will apply to 1-101-B Bills are included (water, trash, wifi, parking.) Following are the fees per tenant: Application fee is waived but there is a $35 tenant screening fee per applicant and co-signer. Admin Fee $100, non-refundable due upon move-in. Pet fee is $200, non-refundable and $25 per month per pet. Only 2 pets are allowed per apartment and with maximum weight of 45LB Deposit is one month's rent.
